We’ve strengthened pension increase resilience through automated monthly data checks, built our own pensions dashboard interface, and improved data quality from day one through secure verification in the Contact Aptia Pensions portal.

We’ve simplified the way people can let us know about a bereavement – taking the load away from people at one of the most difficult times of their lives.

Bereavement case tracking and our bereavement support video, help to lift a small part of the load for loved ones, at a very difficult time. And we launched retirement online for our first clients and automated everyday journeys like change of address and bank details - all focused on improving the member experience.

We partnered with HSBC to enable Confirmation of Payee, becoming the first pensions administrator in the UK to do so. This is integrated into our settlement processes through Contact Aptia Pensions. Members now enter their bank details and have them checked in real time.
