It’s just over a year since Aptia launched as a new company with the goal of setting new standards for pensions administration in the UK.  We’ve been working tirelessly to bring fresh, innovative solutions to the industry, and now it’s time to share what we’ve been working on.

We are delighted to invite you to the Aptia Showcase: A new benchmark for Pensions Administration in London on the afternoon of Tuesday 25 March. . 

We’ll explore the future of pensions administration in the face of technological change and rising consumer expectations. This event will focus on five key pillars that we believe are essential to setting a new standard for the industry:  

• Data: Understanding your data and building a strategy that serves long-term goals.  
• Technology/Automation: How automation and technological advances are improving speed, safety, and cost-efficiency. 
• Communication: Setting new standards for clear and effective communication with members and policyholders.  
• Process: Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and transparency.  
• People: Investing in people through new qualifications and training to deliver exceptional service.

Most importantly we’ll cover how these will improve service to our clients and their members and policyholders. The afternoon will start with a lunch at 12:30pm, and after the sessions there will be a chance to continue the discussion at a drinks reception from 5:30pm, all hosted at the Sea Containers Hotel on the South Bank.
