While pensions administration has moved to the forefront of scheme delivery, the working relationship between trustees and administrators has, in many cases, changed very little from when administration sat in the background. We explore why a closer, more collaborative relationship is now essential, where it’s already working well, and where there’s still room for improvement – as well as what both sides can do to make the relationship more effective for schemes and their members
