Aptia, a leading provider of pension administration services, has appointed Stuart Heatley as Consulting Leader, spearheading the company’s newly launched consulting and actuarial services offering. 

This strategic appointment follows Aptia’s recent acquisition of Atkin Pensions, an independent specialist firm of consulting actuaries and administrators. The move strengthens Aptia’s position in the pensions market by expanding its capabilities beyond administration into actuarial and advisory services. 

With over 30 years of experience in the pensions industry, Stuart brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He previously spent eleven years at Capita, where he most recently served as Global Practice Leader with Capita Pensions Solutions. 

In his new role, Stuart will lead the integration of the consultancy business and broaden Aptia’s service portfolio, enabling clients to access a comprehensive suite of solutions that combine administration, actuarial, investment and consulting expertise.
