Aptia, a leading provider of pension administration, consultancy and actuarial services, has appointed Steph Gold as its new UK Pensions Communications Lead.
Steph brings extensive experience in pension and benefits communications, specialising in strategic member and employee engagement programmes across a wide range of organisations.
She joins Aptia after nearly two decades at Barnett Waddingham, where she was Principal and Head of DrumRoll, the firm’s award winning communications consultancy. Prior to this, she held senior roles at Aon.
In her new position, Steph will develop Aptia’s pensions communications proposition, strengthening the firm’s ability to help clients improve member understanding, confidence and engagement. She will also be responsible for building a specialist communications team to support this growing area of client demand.
