Modern slavery can take many forms, including forced labour, servitude, slavery, and human trafficking. Victims are exploited for personal or commercial gain, and Aptia Group is committed to ensuring such practices have no place in our organisation or supply chain.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and our supply chain. This statement outlines the actions we take to identify potential risks, implement preventative measures, and uphold ethical standards across all areas of our business on an ongoing basis. We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in every relationship and enforcing effective systems and controls to protect against exploitation.
This commitment applies to all Aptia Group businesses, subsidiaries, and third-party suppliers with access to Aptia property, systems, or client data, as well as any parties working on our behalf. References to “Aptia,” “The Aptia Group,” or “the Group” in this statement include Aptia Group Holdings Limited and all its subsidiaries.

- Responsive - we adapt quickly and effectively to client needs.
We are committed to full compliance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We will not tolerate forced labour, slavery, or human trafficking in our operations or in any part of our supply chain.
The following sections outline the measures we take to safeguard our business and supply chain against modern slavery risks.
- Global Whistleblowing policy and ‘SpeakUp’ platform for confidential reporting.
- Supporting policies: Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, Third-Party Risk Management, Health & Safety and Aptia’s Code of Conduct.
- A culture of inclusion and wellbeing, where diversity is valued and colleagues feel respected and supported.
- Rigorous pre-employment checks: identity, references, qualifications, residency rights, criminal and financial records.
- Robust right-to-work verification to prevent illegal working.
- Equal opportunities in training and promotion, regardless of gender, age, religion, race, disability, sexual orientation, or employment status.
- Annual performance and salary reviews to ensure fair remuneration.
- Anti-slavery and trafficking risks addressed through supplier onboarding and due diligence.
- Suppliers must confirm compliance with relevant laws, disclose anti-slavery policies, and report any past violations.
- Ongoing risk-based reviews of suppliers based on risk tiering.
Aptia’s Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and Whistleblowing Policy provide clear guidance on how employees can identify, prevent, and report any suspicious activities. Together, these policies reinforce the standards of integrity expected from every colleague, ensuring that we act responsibly and uphold ethical practices across our business. They empower employees to speak up with confidence, knowing that concerns will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Aptia is committed to maintaining a workplace free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We will not engage with or conduct business with any organisation involved in such practices.
To uphold this commitment, we review and update this statement and our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy on an annual basis. This ensures our approach remains aligned with evolving legislation, best practices, and developments under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
