There is plenty of information available about our journey so far and our vision for the future, both here on this website or our LinkedIn page.
We want to ensure that the interview process is as comfortable as possible, and allows you to be at your best. If you need any reasonable adjustments made to the interview process, either virtual or otherwise, please let us know by emailing us at the following:
recruitment_uk@aptia-group.com – for the UK, Portugal or India
recruitment_usa@aptia-group.com – for the US
We will aim to read and review your application as quickly as possible and respond to you within 10 working days, or by the deadline if different.
If you have been shortlisted, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch with you to discuss the role further.
If you are invited to interview, your Talent Acquisition Partner will explain who you are meeting, and if there is anything in particular to prepare.
Based on the job description, we would suggest preparing specific examples to talk about that would best highlight your experience and skills.
We love curiosity too, so please do prepare questions for the interview panel.
As part of the selection process, most candidates will be asked to complete a short online assessment relevant to the role. For roles involving numerical work, this may include a numerical test. We also value behavioural alignment, so a brief psychometric test may be included.
If you're asked to complete an assessment, your Talent Acquisition Partner will explain what to expect and share tips to help you prepare.
Most interviews occur via Microsoft Teams, but some may be in person. If this is the case, the Aptia team will give you all the details you need on the location and access.
In both cases, please ensure you arrive promptly, or a little early if you can.
If you are joining virtually, please ensure you have your camera on, and that your background is tidy and professional (or feel free to use a neutral virtual background).
We’re committed to building a fair, inclusive, and flexible workplace where everyone can thrive. While we’re still evolving our policies and practices, our commitment to progress is clear.
Flexible working is available for all roles, where possible for the specific team to accommodate. If you need adjustments, please see the ‘Reasonable Adjustments’ section for how to get in touch.
We will never ask you for payment, bank details or personal financial information as part of the hiring process. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Aptia, please do check with our Talent Acquisition Team.
