Aptia Group today announces the appointment of David Carrick as Group Chief Financial Officer effective 1 July 2025. This transition is part of Aptia’s strategic plan to position itself for the next phase of growth.
David has extensive leadership experience gained over thirty years in a range of global corporate environments in the financial service industry. He joins Aptia from Apex Group Ltd where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2017, a role where he led financial functions across the organisation and worked closely with the executive team to drive shareholder value creation through operational excellence and M&A.
Prior to this David served as Chief Financial Officer at Clarien Bank from 2012 with previous senior finance roles at Scottish Re Group Ltd, Tyco International, Bank of Bermuda and Bacardi Capital.
David Carrick replaces Chris Rayner who will be leaving Aptia to pursue other opportunities.
