Aptia, a leading provider of pension administration services, has broadened its capabilities with the launch of consulting and actuarial services. 

The move builds on Aptia’s strong track record in administration and marks a significant step toward delivering a fully integrated suite of solutions for pension schemes and their members.

To support this move, Aptia has acquired Atkin Pensions, an independent, specialist firm of consulting actuaries and administrators. The acquisition is in response to many of Aptia’s existing clients seeking a bundled solution including actuarial, consulting and administration services.

To lead the new consultancy offering, Aptia has appointed Stuart Heatley, an experienced pensions expert with nearly thirty years of industry experience. 

Stuart joins from Capita, where he spent eleven years - most recently serving as Global Practice Leader at Capita Pensions Solutions. His comprehensive expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping Aptia’s integrated service proposition for clients.
