Aptia has appointed Sue Doughty as Head of its UK Pensions Administration Business. Sue currently serves as Aptia’s Chief Client Officer and brings more than 35 years of experience in the pensions industry to her new role.
Throughout her career, Sue has overseen client relationship management, service delivery and project management across a wide range of pension arrangements, leading teams both in the UK and offshore. She played a central role in the establishment of Aptia two years ago, helping to ensure continuity for clients by drawing on her extensive market insight, strong relationships and strategic vision.
Since Aptia’s launch, Sue has doubled the size of the client management team and introduced a portfolio-based structure designed to enhance the client-focused nature of the organisation’s operations.
In her new position, Sue will continue to lead and strengthen client delivery within Aptia’s pensions administration business. She will also be responsible for the oversight of key relationships with clients and Independent Trustees, while driving the strategic growth of the business.
