Aptia Group (Aptia), the global provider of employee benefits and pensions administration services, has today announced a corporate partnership agreement with Re-engage, a provider of vital, life-enhancing social connections for older people in the UK.

This is the first charity partnership for Aptia since its formal launch earlier this year, and will see the firm support Re-engage financially, via employee engagement, in its marketing and promotions, and governance and reporting. 

Aptia further strengthens customer service standards through membership of The Institute of Customer Service 

Aptia, the UK’s largest third-party pensions administrator, has become a member of the Institute of Customer Service, the UK’s independent professional body for Customer Experience. 

The announcement coincides with National Customer Service Week this week in the UK, and demonstrates Aptia’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 

Aptia, the UK’s largest third-party pensions administrator, welcomes the publication of The Pensions Regulator’s (TPR) Market Oversight Report, having worked closely with TPR on this important initiative aimed at strengthening pension administration across the UK.
