The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards recognize organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved measurable results. Aptia's U.S. Health Learning Academy designs and delivers training for colleagues across the United States and India, building the capabilities that support the company's benefits administration clients and their employees.
Aptia was recognized in the following categories:
- Gold, Best Use of Blended Learning, for the Active Benefit Counselor New Hire program
- Silver, Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation, for the program supporting delivery of Primary Care Clinician
- Silver, Best Use of Blended Learning, for ServiceNow rollout training
- Silver, Best Certification Program, for the Instructional Design and eLearning program built to develop skills within Aptia's own learning team
- Bronze, Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program, for the Client Delivery OE training program
