As co-founder and Group CEO, Bala has transformed Aptia into the UK’s leading private sector pensions administrator and a top US employee benefits provider, overseeing benefits for more than five million individuals across 1,000+ companies. He has extensive experience within pensions and employee benefits, having previously been Group Chief Operating Officer for Mercer and CEO of JLT’s global employee benefits business.

Former Group CEO of JLT and Vice Chairman of Marsh McLennan, Dominic founded Aptia with Bala Viswanathan in 2023. He brings a wealth of experience in business excellence, having driven JLT from an enterprise value of £450m to £5bn through a relentless focus on growth, service excellence, and people culture.

Imran is responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation for Aptia, leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI to improve member and policy holder experience. He has over 30 years of experience working in senior roles for global organisations including Compass, AXA and American Express

Melissa oversees all Aptia’s legal, risk and compliance functions. She has over 25 years’ experience working for global law firms and financial services companies, having previously been Group Legal Head of Strategic Projects at AXA Group, and Chief Counsel for International at Marsh McLennan.

Roopa is responsible for leading the global People Team and shaping its capabilities across our key regions in the UK, India, US and Portugal. She believes in building cultures where people thrive through inclusion, purpose, and the opportunity to grow with the business.She brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience, having previously held senior roles at Allianz Group in Munich, and JLT in India.

Mike manages all Aptia’s global business operations, ensuring the business is suitably structured and resourced for future success. Before joining Aptia, he was Group Chief Operating Officer for JLT before being appointed Chief Administration Officer of Marsh International. He has extensive experience in managing international business having been CEO of JLT Asia and JLT Latin America.

Vikramaaditya is responsible for Aptia’s global transformation and change efforts, with a focus on client experience and operational risk. Prior to joining Aptia, he was Managing Director for Bank of New York Mellon and also held key leadership positions at HSBC and Citi.

David is responsible for overseeing a company's financial operations and strategy. He has over thirty years’ experience of working in the financial services industry, having served as Chief Financial Officer for Apex Group and Clarien Bank, as well as holding senior finance roles at Scottish Re Group Ltd, Tyco International, Bank of Bermuda and Bacardi Capital.

RK oversees operations in Aptia’s key regional market of India. With over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, he specialises in the strategic development and transformation of organisations, having held senior positions within large global corporates including Nomura, Prudential, AXA and American Express.

Malcolm oversees operations in Aptia’s key regional markets of the UK and Portugal. He has over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having previously managed the pensions administration businesses for JLT and Mercer where he led a team of over 2,500 employees across 21 locations in the UK and India.

Jeff is responsible for Aptia’s benefits administration business as well as overseeing operations in Aptia’s key regional market of the US. Jeff joins from Paychex where he was instrumental in building the US market share and performance leader in HR services for SMEs. Prior to this, he worked for Aon, ADP, and companies acquired by Rogers and Vodafone.
